Title: Cold Macaroni & Bean Salad

2cCooked macaroni
1 16oz can red kidney beans,
  Drained
1 Green pepper, seeded & chppd
1/2cFinely chopped onion
1/2cFinely chopped celery
1/4cSalad oil
1/4cWine vinegar
1clGarlic, peeled & minced
1/2tsBasil
1/2tsOregano
  Salt & pepper to taste
3/4cMayonnaise
2 Hard-boiled eggs,sliced

Combine macaroni, kidney beans, green pepper,onion, and celery in mixing bowl. Blend oil, vinegar, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper together well. Pour dressing over salad; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Before serving add mayonnaise and mix well. Garnish with egg slices. Creative Pasta
